All standards required for the manufacture of wagons at home or for the registration of wagons transferred from abroad are listed below. Wagons that comply with all these standards and whose wagon drawing/type approvals are accepted are registered by the General Directorate of Railways Regulation and put into operation on railways.

ERRI B12 RP17 Technical Report:

Test program of steel frame and body wagons, suitable for automatic push and pull coupler assembly and of steel body bogies.

Structural features of railway vehicle bodies.

Stress and deformation analysis report using the limited elements method made with a 3D model.

Our wagons have maintenance guides that they use for maintenance/repair operations carried out by companies that have received ECM Certification, and there are standards and test conditions that they must comply with during the maintenance phase. TCDD carriages operate according to TCDD Freight Wagons Maintenance Guide. This guide has been compiled from the international maintenance guide, VPI.

Definitions

Evaluation of National Qualifications (DeBo):

​

Designated Organization activities to carry out the evaluation, reporting and documentation of whether railway vehicles meet national qualifications.

​

Type Approval Certification within COTIF-UTP:

​

Assessment Agency activities to assess whether reporting vehicles meet qualifications within the scope of Uniform Technical Instructions (UTP) published under COTIF.

​

ECM Certification:

​

The evaluation/inspection of the enterprises that apply to be a Maintenance Responsible Institution (ECM) is made within the scope of the Technical Acceptance of the Technical Material of the Railway Material Used in International Traffic (ATMF) under the COTIF or the EU 402/2013 regulation and reported to the Ministry.

​

Compliance with UIC and TSI Standards:

​

According to the Railway Vehicles Registration and Registration Regulation, UIC (International Railways Association) and TSI (Mutual Operability Technical Specifications) standards of the line construction, maintenance, repair and control vehicles (TS EN 14033, TS EN 15746-1, TS EN 15746-2) documentation and reporting procedures of compliance.
